Safe movement throughout your pregnancy is incredibly important. It keeps you fit and strong, reduces aches and pains, helps prepare you for birth and enhances your postnatal recovery.
Our Focus for Prenatal Sessions...
- Build strength to support your posture through the changes of pregnancy and help with those new mummy moves in the postnatal phase
- Maintain fitness to support energy levels throughout each trimester
- Enhance & maintain mobility to support a comfortable, active pregnancy.
- Learn to connect with & support the pelvic floor through the breath and visualisation during exercise
- Create a friendly, caring environment to support you as you progress through your pregnancy
Not only will all of the above help reduce common pregnancy ailments such as fatigue, backache, pelvic pain, constipation and swelling (just to name a few), they will also help to control weight gain, enhance your mood, improve sleep, reduce stress and oxygenate your body. Which in turn will provide more oxygen rich blood to your baby... all of this, while preparing your body for birth, reducing the need for interventions and promoting a faster recovery.

Prenatal Training Options
Preggy Tribe Group Sessions
Suitable from 12-40 weeks.
These sessions enable you to go at your own pace as you progress throughout your pregnancy and can be modified to accommodate individual needs.
Sessions are 45 minutes
Classes: 10.45am Wednesday and 6.45pm Thursday, at my home studio- 16 Southey Street.
$15 per session
Private Group session (2-4 per group)

Tailored to your group and individually adapted to suit each participants stage of pregnancy.
50 minute session - $80, split between 2-4 participants
Available between 6am and 7pm, subject to availability
One on One Training
