Personal Training Terms & Conditions 

Congratulations on your decision to participate in personal Training with Femme Bods.
With the help of your personal trainer, you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits.

1. Service Agreement

Femme Bods agrees to provide personal training sessions in Cambridge led by a coach, using a mixture of bodyweight exercises and various equipment to develop the qualities of strength, fitness and overall health.

Please note, in agreeing to the below terms and conditions, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Femme Bods.

2. Booking Confirmation

Confirmation of Personal Training attendance and further information will be via email and text once the Registration form, and payment, have been received.

3. Cancellation and Refund

Should an individual wish to cancel their personal training session then they will need to notify Victoria Keremete (Organiser) by text or email no less than 24hours prior to the booked session time. Cancellation will be effective from the time such notification is received.

Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of 50% of the financial investment at the rate of one session.

In the case of a no-show with no notification, this will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of 100% of the financial investment at the rate of one session.

Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.

All personal training sessions are to be completed within 90 days from the date of purchase.

However, if you are significantly ill or injured, personal training sessions may be held until you are fit to resume training.  In this case, you must inform Femme Bods by email with a doctor's note explaining the injury/illness.

We will endeavor not to cancel a confirmed booking; however, we reserve the right to do so. If we cancel a confirmed booking, we will offer the individual a full refund on that booking.

Any cancellation will be advised by text to those who are booked into a session.

4. Physical Condition and Medical Advice

As with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In choosing to participate in personal training, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage.
You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program.
If an attendee has any health or medical concerns prior to or while attending a session, it is their responsibility to discuss any concerns with a doctor before attending or continuing any further personal training.

5. Personal Training Rules

Participants must at all times while they are attending personal training: (i) follow the instructions and advice of the trainer;  (ii) act with courtesy and respect towards the Instructor (iii) immediately inform the trainer if they are suffering any discomfort or feeling unwell, or are not coping with the technical, physical or mental demands of the session (iv) immediately inform the trainer if their health or fitness circumstances change from those previously notified.

By booking in for Personal training you are confirming that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set out above.
