Here at Femme Bods we are about balancing and nourishing your body while preparing you to skip through everyday life with bountiful energy.
Being a mother of three boys and wife to one busy man, I understand the physical and mental demands daily life can throw your way.
The female body is such an intricate thing, with so many components that can affect our overall health and the ability for us to achieve our fitness goals.
So I am here to listen and adapt, creating sessions that will not only compliment your life but also help you thrive, so that at the end of a busy day you are not collapsing on the couch because you're exhausted, you are sitting down to have some well deserved time out, feeling satisfied with what you have achieved.

Initial Consultation

Before commencing personal training, we will need to have a consultation, this can be over the phone, video call or in person, which ever you prefer.

Your initial consultation will take between 15-30 minutes.  It will give us an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your goals, day to day life and enable me to determine what you need to help achieve your goals. 

This will include:

  • Talking about any concerns raised in your screening Form

  • Looking over your food diary (a food diary can be downloaded below)

  • Determining how many times a week you'd like to workout and if you will require a home or gym program alongside your in-person sessions  

From here I will have a clear idea of what you want and need from me and we can book you in for your chosen training sessions if you are interested in getting started.

This initial consultation will cost $30.  If you then go on to book a personal training session, that $30 will go toward your first session.

To get started with Femme Bods please complete and submit a screening form, then download and start recording a food diary.  Once I have received your screening form I will be in touch to book in your consultation.

One on One Training

It's all about you ❤ 

If you have more specialised needs or just want my undivided attention, then One on One is for you.

$60 per 50 minute session.  Available between 6am and 7pm, subject to availability


Private Group session (2-4 per group)

Train with your friends, at a time that suits you! 😍 

Tailored to your group and individually adapted to suit each participant.

50 minute session - $80, split between 2-4 participants

Available between 6am and 7pm, subject to availability
