Being a new Mum is a challenging time, with sleep deprivation often hindering intentions to be active and make healthy choices. Itβs such an important time to have support.
Safe movement is crucial in the role of recovering after birth as your bodies postural load changes. Specific guided exercises will help your core regain its natural tension, along with increasing your strength and supporting good posture to enable you to do all those new Mum moves that are now part of your everyday life.
In conjunction with exercise, optimal nutrition in the postnatal phase can dramatically help your recovery by supporting the healing process, increasing your energy levels and helping with lactation.
Our Focus for Postnatal Sessions...
- Provide a super supportive atmosphere where you can help your body recover from child birth, no matter how long it's been
- Build strength to support your posture and the physical demands of motherhood
- Regain fitness to promote health, quality sleep & support energy levels
- Enhance & maintain mobility to reduce the chance of injuries
- Rebuild the connection with your core and pelvic floor, so you can get back into your everyday activities with confidence
- Create a caring environment where you can share your trials and triumphs with me and other mum's so we can support you in your journey
My mission is to help all women recover optimally post birth, heal diastasis recti, regain the connection and strength of the core and pelvic floor while increasing overall strength and fitness to help you comfortably and confidently meet the demands of everyday life and more.
