Bootcamp Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

Femme Bods agrees to provide outdoor group training sessions in Cambridge led by a coach, using a mixture of bodyweight exercises and various equipment to develop the qualities of strength, fitness and overall health.

Please note, in agreeing to the below terms and conditions, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Femme Bods.

2. Booking Confirmation

Confirmation of attendance on Boot camp and further information will be via email and text once the Registration form, and payment, have been received.

3. Cancellation and Refund

Should an individual wish to cancel their Boot camp attendance then they will need to notify Victoria Keremete (Organiser) by email. Cancellation will be effective from the date such notification is received.

The individual will be liable for cancellation fees based upon the length of notice given by the individual prior to the commencement of the Boot camp:

a. more than 2 weeks notice – a full refund will be given

b. 1  to 2 weeks notice – a 75% refund will be given

c. less than 1 weeks  notice – a 50% refund will be given

d. once the Boot camp commences no refund will be given but you may transfer your spot to another person.

Unused Boot camp session/s will not result in any refund of the Boot camp fees.  Participants are liable for all Bootcamp fees irrespective of attendance. All session credits expire at the end of each bootcamp term and any unused credits will be removed from your account.

However, if you are significantly ill or injured during the 10 weeks, payments may be suspended until you are fit to return, or in the case you have paid in full, a partial refund may be given. You must inform Femme Bods by email with a doctor's note explaining the injury/illness.

We will endeavor not to cancel a confirmed booking; however, we reserve the right to do so. If we cancel a confirmed booking, we will offer the individual a refund on that booking.

Any cancellation will be advised by text to those who are booked into the relevant session.

4. Physical Condition and Medical Advice

All attendees must be in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent their intended participation in the Boot camp. If an attendee has any health or medical concerns prior to or while attending Boot camp, it is their responsibility to discuss any concerns with a doctor before attending any Boot camp session.

5. Damaged, Lost or Stolen Property

The Organiser is not responsible for any personal property of any individual that is damaged, lost or stolen while in or around the Boot camp locations.

5. Boot Camp Rules

Participants must at all times while they are attending Boot camp: (i) follow the instructions and advice of the Instructor;  (ii) act with courtesy and respect towards the Instructor and other attendees and refrain from any offensive behaviour which may detract from other attendees’ enjoyment of the Boot camp; (iii) immediately inform the Instructor if they are suffering any discomfort or feeling unwell, or are not coping with the technical, physical or mental demands of the Boot camp, or if they notice any other attendee who appear to be in discomfort or who are not coping; (iv) immediately inform the Instructor if their health or fitness circumstances change from those previously notified.

Any non-compliance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, including the Boot camp Rules set out in this clause, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Organiser, may result in the Instructor requiring an attendee to immediately leave a Boot camp session or the entire Boot camp. All attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this clause and undertake to immediately leave if requested to do so.

6. Advertising and Publicity

Sometimes we may photograph a session for use in promotional and other business related material. It is possible that, as a Boot camp attendee, you may appear in a photograph. If you do not want your image to be used, it is your responsibility to advise the Organiser in writing of this.

7. Acknowledgement

By paying for this Boot Camp you are confirming that you have acknowledged and you agree to the terms and conditions set out above.
