Femme Bods Bootcamps are all about making strength based training achievable for all women, no matter what your experience.
I am here to guide you through a great workout, ensuring you learn the correct techniques and are constantly pushed to increase your personal level of strength and fitness.
We do a huge range of exercises, from bodyweight moves such as bear crawls, press ups, burpees, prone planks and lunges (just to name a few), to incorporating weights to do chest press, dead lifts, kettlebell swings and squats. Then we also use a variation of other equipment such as slam balls, the battle rope, suspension trainers and medicine balls so sessions are constantly changing and challenging you.
Aside from the most commonly desired effects, weight loss and increased cardiovascular fitness. Regular exercise has so many other incredible benefits, such as:

- Helping improve your mental health & mood
- Strengthening bones and muscles
- Helping manage blood sugar & insulin levels
